Red Cross Project: Prom Dress Drop-Odd

The American Red Cross Howard County District needs your gently worn prom dresses to help disaster victims. The collected garments will be sold as part of the Second Annual Project: Prom Dress, a unique boutique experience in February when the dresses will be sold to the public at a fraction of their original cost. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the American Red Cross disaster relief fund.
