I'm a mom to a sweet 1 year old little boy.  I've been a runner for years, but finding the balance to run now that I'm a mom hasn't been easy.  I started my blog to help support and encourage running moms while also sharing my tales and tips from the road.  Running since having a baby is a whole new experience because it means finding time to run and finding the strength to push the weight of a toddler plus the jogging stroller!
