Jen Raffensperger, Neighbor

Jen Raffensperger lives and works in Howard County, a transplant from growing up in Prince George's County. She has been writing more or less since she learned how, and has also participated in community theater and improvisational comedy. She loves singing, her cats - the two she lives with and the outdoor cat colony she's cared for for several years now - her friends, and her family.
