CA Planner_Scott, Neighbor

I am a full-time Community Planner for the Baltimore County Office of Planning and part-time Community Planner for the Columbia Association.  I am also Vice Chair of Social Media for the American Planning Association's Urban Design and Preservation Division.

I have lived in Howard County my entire life, the majority of which was in Columbia.  I have decided to remain in Columbia because I truly believe it's the best place to live.  I have visited many places, but nothing compares to what Columbia has to offer.
