Video of house manager allegedly striking disabled man posted to YouTube.
A Baltimore group home worker who was identified in a video in which a mentally disabled man is seen being hit and spit upon has been indicted on multiple counts of abuse, neglect and assault by a Howard County grand jury. Donna Everett, 5600 block of Force Road, Baltimore, was arrested in early February after police were made aware of the YouTube video that appears to show her hitting and spitting in the face of a man who was arguing with another patient. The video, in which the camera person can be heard laughing in the background, has since been taken down from YouTube. The man reportedly exposed himself behind a group of girls at the Mall in Columbia.
Police have released additional photos of a man they said exposed himself behind a group of girls inside the Mall in Columbia. Police said the incident occurred during the afternoon on Jan. 13. Police described the suspect as a white male in his 50s, between 5-foot-9-inches and 6 feet tall, about 250 pounds, with dark hair, thick eyebrows, square glasses and protruding teeth. Police say the man accused in a "road rage" incident impersonated an officer and ripped the panel off a car.
A man involved in an incident described as “road rage” by the Howard County Police posed as a police officer, snatched a phone from the victim’s hand and then ripped a panel off of the victim’s car, according to charging documents. Police ultimately found Brian Paul Moore, 35, of Gaithersburg, hiding in the bushes in Clarksville, according to the documents. He faces charges for impersonating a police officer, assault, robbery and theft. According to the documents, Moore was driving behind the victim on July 25 when he crossed the double line to pass him, striking the victim’s car twice.
