Midnight at 7 at Symphony of Lights Don't stay up until midnight to enjoy New Year's Eve. Instead, take the family to midnight at 7 p.m. at Symphony of Lights. The event features a walk through the light display, a bonfire, food, music and of course, fireworks at 7 p.m. The cost is $20 per individual, $40 for a group of 3, $50 for a group of 4, etc. All proceeds benefit Howard County General Hospital. New Year's Eve Bash at the Rams Head Enjoy the festivities at the NYE Bash at the Rams Head in Savage.
