At one point I would have given this place 3 stars, as we have been loyal customers for quite some time. The food was decent and delivered fast, with no problem whatsoever.
This time, however, I'm letting everyone know: choose someplace else. Our family came back from Memorial Day vacation and decided to order food. We look online, see they are supposedly open, then proceed to use their online ordering service. Our order is placed and the automated service notes it will arrive in 30-40 minutes.
One hour later... no food. I decide to call in and check... and no answer. Are they gone? Were they just closed for Memorial Day? Who knows and who cares, seeing as our family has been sitting for an hour waiting on food that would never arrive. If your business is closed (temporarily or permanently) it is YOUR job to put a notice up. These people have just lost a family of customers for life and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor: Never use this place. If they aren't already closed, they should be soon.


We live down the street and had been going here for many years. They messed up an order and when we called them it was like well bring it back. No. 1 that ruins our dinner time and no. 2 it makes us responsible for their mistake. They should have said sorry next time we will have a free order for you OR let us bring the correct order for you. Not bring it back and pick up your order. Why would you want something back that someone else had? Would they give me someone elses order? Trust in their integrity is now lacking. That was almost 1/1/2 years ago BUT despite all that they have the best hot and sour soup. Their other food is good too. It is just their customer service that leaves alot to be desired and that is why we stopped going there for a long time. Giving it another chance.....
