For those who haven’t followed the saga of the Miami Dolphins football players: Richie Incognito is accused of bullying Jonathan Martin, who left the team at the end of October. See a timeline of related events from USA Today.

“Being a part of a team is why Martin suffered in silence,” writes Reynolds in the blog.

Another Patch blogger wrote about the teams’ perspective as an employer: Could the Dolphins Be Held Accountable for Fostering a Hostile Work Environment?

“If you are a business owner, you not only have to protect yourself against actual damages, like fire, theft, etc, but you also have to think about protecting yourself against these types of accusations should they arise,” writes blogger Jerry Nicklow in the Huff Insurance Blog.
