Comfortable Clear Fall Weekend Expected

It should be a nice weekend to go out and see the emerging fall colors.

Now that the temperatures are cooling, the fall colors are coming out. Trees around Howard County are beginning to turn yellow, red, orange and leaves are drifting to the ground.

If you want to go out for a hike or a drive to take it all in, this should be the weekend to do it.

The National Weather Service predicts Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 66 with a nighttime low of 47. There is a chance of rain Saturday night.

More sun is expected Sunday when temperatures are expected to reach a high near 61. The cool fall temperatures will continue into the workweek, Monday will be sunny with a high near 64, according to the National Weather Service.
