Snow Saturday, Freezing Temperatures to Linger
Midday snow showers are predicted for Saturday while cold temperatures are expected to remain in the area until at least Thursday.

The National Weather Service predicts temperatures will remain below freezing for the next week in Howard County.
Friday night is expected to drop to a low of 11 degrees with a wind chill value below zero.
Snow showers are likely midday Saturday, although only about an inch is predicted. Saturday should be the warmest day of the next seven with temperatures rising to 32 degrees. A low of 12 is expected Saturday night.
A partly-sunny high of 25 Sunday rounds out the weekend, with a low of 21 at night.
Then the frigid week begins.
- Monday - partly sunny, high near 32, low of 3
- Tuesday - sunny with high near 16 and low of 4
- Wednesday - clear with a high near 19 low of 8
- Thursday - sunny with a high near 28
