Forecast: A Wet Halloween Evening Possible

Bring an umbrella and rain gear if you're headed out trick or treating Thursday night.

Well, it's not looking like sunshine and rainbows to go with the fairies and princesses parading around on Halloween in the region.

The National Weather Service predicts a foggy Halloween morning in Columbia, followed by a clear day with a high near 70, then a 60 percent chance of rain Thursday night. There's even the possibility of a thunderstorm. Wind speeds will range between 11 to 17 mph, but could gust up to 28 mph.

Between a tenth and a quarter of an inch of rain is expected Thursday.
