Eggspectation - 6010 University Blvd, Ellicott City - Located on the Columbia, Elicott City border, this restaurant boats a patio with outdoor speakers overlooking a stormwater drainage pond.

Xitomate - 5850 Waterloo Road - This new Mexican restaurant opened in January. While the restaurant's patio isn't open yet, the manager said Monday they've ordered the patio furniture and expect it to open in mid-April.

Victoria Gastro Pub - 8201 Snowden River Parkway - Victoria has a large patio that offers protection from the sun, as well as portable heaters if it gets cold. It's a nice spot to enjoy one of the restaurant's many craft beers.

Ale House Columbia - 6480 Dobbin Center Way - The Ale House's patio recently opened with new furniture. The 100-seat patio has its own bar, with a television, and portable heaters for cool evenings.

Wegmans - 8855 McGaw Road - Wegmans actually has two outdoor dining areas. There's one on the first floor that overlooks McGaw Road. The other one is on the second floor near the main dining area in the grocery store. Wegmans offers free Wi-Fi in their store that can be used on the patios.

La Madeleine - 6211 Columbia Crossing Circle - La Madeleine offers a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Its patio is known because it allows dogs and offers a nice view of a pond.

Famous Dave's - 6201 Columbia Crossing Circle - This barbecue restaurant across from La Madeleine features an outdoor fireplace for those cool spring and summer evenings and has large picnic tables big enough to seat your whole family.

Cheesecake Factory - 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway - Wicker chairs and large umbrellas make the Cheesecake Factory an ideal location to enjoy dinner outside before heading to catch a movie at AMC Theaters next door.

Union Jack's - 10400 Little Patuxent Parkway - Watch cars race by on Little Patuxent Parkway and construction at the former Rouse Building from the patio at Union Jack's near the Mall in Columbia.

Clyde's of Columbia - 10221 Wincopin Circle - One of Columbia's most renowned outdoor dining locations overlooks Lake Kittamaqundi. Currently, the restaurant and patio is closed due to renovations going on inside the restaurant. The restaurant is expected to reopen later this month, according to Clyde's website.
