Both the 5K and 1-mile walk courses are around Centennial Park, located off Route 108 in Ellicott City. The race starts and finishes near Pavilions A, B and C, near the playground and follows the paved foot paths around the lake. All proceeds benefit Temple Isaiah, Fulton, MD
Amenities: Water provided at mile two; bagels, fruit and water provided at the finish.
Awards will be given to the top male and female finisher as well as the top three finishers in the following age categories: 11 and under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
Special awards will be given to the top male and female Howard County Strider and the top three male and female Columbia Association Basic Training winners.
Random prizes and giveaways from sponsors and local businesses will also be available.
