Maryland CASA Recruiting Runners for Charity Team
WHAT: Maryland CASA Association is recruiting for runners and walkers for its charity team, Team CASA, that will participate in the Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival taking place on Saturday, October 13, 2012.
This will be the child advocacy organization's third year participating in the citywide running event.
Participants will have the opportunity to walk or run in the marathon, half marathon, 5k or team relay to raise funds and awareness about Maryland CASA's efforts on behalf of victims of child abuse and neglect.

Participants will solicit sponsors and all proceeds will support efforts to recruit more volunteers to advocate for Maryland's foster children.
Prizes will be given to those who reach designated fundraising levels as well as top fundraisers.

Volunteers are also needed to help plan the event, secure sponsors and help out on the day of the event.
WHEN: The Baltimore Running Festival will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Register by June 30 for the best rates.
WHERE:The festival will be held at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, with race routes throughout the city.
