Howard County Center of African American Culture, Inc., presents Stony the Road We Trod, the 145th Reenactment. From Slavery to Freedom: A Living History.

A living history of James Too (AKA O.H. Laster). Enjoy this educational and entertaining event that falls on the actual day of the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863. This program will feature an African Dancer, Negro Spiritual and Q & A session with Light Refreshments.
