Meet Wednesday mornings at 6:15AM for 6 weeks with a graduation 5K race at Atholton High School on Sunday March 20th. There will be experienced coaches with about 5 runners per coach. Runners will be in groups of similar abilities with a coach to help with the workouts. Running logs submitted weekly is mandatory. The cost is $20 for Howard Country Striders.
