Demonstration style classes include food sampling. $15 Materials fee due at class. Gourmet dinner features Butternut squash ravioli with goat cheese, prosciutto, Swiss chard and sage cream, Bouillabaise with saffron garlic mayonnaise, Apple Cider Brined Pork loin with pear cranberry chutney, Golden raisin and rum bread pudding with dulce de lche ice cream. Ages 18 and up.
