Players will tee off at the Second Annual Gary J. Arthur Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit The Arc of Howard County on Monday, Sept. 26, beginning at 9 a.m., at Cattail Creek Golf Course in Glenwood, MD. Fees for individual golfers are $250, foursomes are $800. Sponsorships are available. Luncheon and awards ceremony will follow the tournament.
