Come with a friend, date or family member and learn to create wonderful Vegetarian menus.
Menu includes:
- Roasted peppers, squash, zucchini and red onions with balsamic syrup and fresh slices of mozzarella on ciabata bread
- French fried leeks
- Braised brussel sprouts & dried cranberries couscous salad
- Curried Butternut Squash Soup
- Arugula Toasts drizzled with basil infused olive oil
- Dessert crepes - filled with two types of filling (1) Grand Marnier macerated strawberry filling and (2) Nutella and bananas filling.
Class is mixed format of demo and hands-on. I will be demonstrating a particular technique and then students will get to pull up their sleeves and get their hands into the cooking. Hands-on participation will be done in groups.
