Local residents help restore and protect Columbia’s waterways by participating in a Columbia-Wide Clean Up Day. Individuals, groups, scouts and those wishing to earn community service hours are encouraged to sign up. Interested volunteers are asked to call their village community center or Sean Harbaugh at 410-381-3470 to get involved. This event is hosted by the Columbia Association and the villages of Columbia.
