Cannelloni Kids Confectionary Camp

Cannelloni Kids Confectionary Camp (CKCS) incorporates science, math and kitchen safety into the preparation of new menus. The focus of this camp is all things dessert including cake decorating. Classes are taught by the staff of CKCS, which includes Nikki McGowan, co host of Child Life TV Cooking Show, and special guests that include Rich Karoll, formerly of "Ace of Cakes." Sign up for a full day and get a supervised lunch plus a $50 discount.  Discount can only be applied to phone in registration, call 410-313-7275 to register. Materials fee due at first class, payable to CKCS. Bring a reusable water bottle. Students who attend a full day should bring a nut-free bagged lunch and half-day students may bring a nut-free snack, although students will be sampling recipes.
