Bike Howard- The Bicycle Master Plan-Public Workshop
Bike Howard, The Howard County Bicycle Master Plan, is holding a public workshop at the East Columbia Public Library Branch, in Columbia on October 3. Please visit us to learn about the project, give us ideas and input. The Plan will establish a network of on and off road bicycling facilities and accommodations geared towards serving cyclists of all types in Howard County.
