Class #3 of this series features: New England Clam Chowder; Shrimp Tempura with green papaya salad and garlic chili sauce, Braised Beef Short Ribs with parpadelle pasta, pearl onions, mushrooms and rosemary and Paella with chicken, chorizo sausage, tomatoes, mussels, tomatoes, and saffron orzo. Ages 18 and up. $15 materials fee due at class.
