A Day Not to Waste

Eventhough Howard county public schools are closed for the day, this day will not be wasted at the Robinson Nature Center. If you child is 6 to 9, they can join in the fun and experience recycling in a whole new way with staff from the nature center and from the County’s Bureau of Environmental Services. The morning will be filled with games, an interactive presentation and a short hike to discover some of nature’s recyclers. We’ll even create our very own terrariums out of recyclable materials for kids to take home. Snacks and recycling goodies will be provided.
