The 2011 Congressional Art Competition features more than 35 two-dimensional art works created by high school students from the 3rd Congressional District counties including Baltimore City and Baltimore, Howard and Anne Arundel counties. Hosted by the Columbia Art Center Galleries.
Awards ceremony and reception is April 9, 3-5 p.m.
