HC DrugFree's Teen 2 Teen

HC DrugFree, a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower the Howard County community to raise drug-free teens, will present Teen 2 Teen featuring a panel of teens who will describe their experiences overcoming substance abuse and making healthier choices. Mark Donovan, a drug and alcohol abuse counselor, will facilitate the panel discussion and answer questions about how parents should address substance abuse.
