Readers' Choice: Best Place for a Swim

Pools and waterways abound in Howard County. When the Maryland heat comes in during the summer, it's a pasttime to go cool off in your favorite swimming spot.

We're not talking about backyard pools, although those are nice, Columbia Patch wants to know where the best community swim area is, whether it's a lake, stream river or community pool in Howard County.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now. 

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below. If someone has beaten you to it, make sure to add a comment about why it should be included. We want to make sure all the top burger joints make it into the poll.
