Report: CA Delays Construction on $6 Million Hobbits Glen Clubhouse

Columbia Association delayed plans to demolish the current clubhouse at Hobbits Glen Golf Course and replace it with a new $6 million 11,000 square foot clubhouse, according to an explorehoward.com report. 

CA planned to demolish the current clubhouse in October, but it has now been delayed until November due to the architect not keeping up speed with the project, according to the report.

The CA Board approved the plan for the new clubhouse in April 2012. The design includes large men's and women's lockers, a large dining room, increased patio space, a cart barn and a new golf learning center.
