In January the Howard County Citizens Association (HCCA) will host a forum dedicated to the Howard County General Plan. The Plan determines and directs county policy regarding development, schools, the environment, and many other features that make our county a highly-desirable place to live.
Revision of the existing 2000 General Plan is underway. The forum will look at the process: past, present and future. A panel of experts will make presentations and respond to questions from the public.
