Executive Ulman to Recognize Outstanding Howard County Scouts
Howard County Executive Ken Ulman will host this annual ceremony to recognize young men and young women who have earned the highest rank in scouting during the past year – the Boy Scout Eagle award or the Girl Scout Gold award. All the recipients are from Howard County. The event is free and open to the public.
