Howard Hughes Corp. officials will host this pre-submission community meeting to discuss proposed development for land known as parcels C and D, adjacent to The Mall in Columbia.
The meeting will be held in Room 400 of the Student Services Hall, Howard Community College, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia.
