Brown/ Ulman Make it Official for 2014
Howard County Executive Ken Ulman and Lt. Governor Anthony Brown formally filed paperwork to run in 2014 on Friday.
The Anthony Brown / Ken Ulman 2014 gubernatorial ticket is now official, after Maryland's Lt. Governor and the Howard County Executive filed their paperwork Friday at the Maryland State Board of Elections in Annapolis.
