The Howard County Police Department announced Tuesday that it is offering a reward for information about a recent stickup at a Columbia gas station.

At 10:56 p.m. on Saturday, two men entered the Exxon in the 6300 block of Stevens Forest Road in Columbia, where they showed a handgun and demanded cash, police said.

The suspects were described as follows:
  • Stocky black man in his thirties, 5'6", wearing green shirt and jeans
  • Thin black man, 6', wearing a black shirt and jeans
No one was injured in the holdup, police said.

Police said a reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information. Anyone with tips may call 410-313-STOP.
