Multiple Home Break-ins and Indecent Exposure Near Mall: Columbia Crime Roundup

Residential Breaking and Entering
An unknown suspect or suspects reportedly broke a rear window at a house on the 5300 block of Thunder Hill Road and stole CDs, DVDs and a laptop on Friday, June 29 sometime between 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.

A house on the 5100 block of Orchard Green was catburglarized by an unknown suspect on Saturday at 1:50 p.m. The victim reported hearing noises coming from his kitchen, discovered a rear window open and his wallet was missing. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.
Shoes and hats were reported stolen from a residence on the 5700 block of Yellowrose Court in Long Reach on Sunday between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

An unknown suspect or suspects reportedly kicked in the basement door of a residence near the 6000 block of Stevens Forest Road in Owen Brown and stole a television and a laptop between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 29.
A laptop and game console were reportedly stolen from a house near the 7300 block of Kerry Hill Court on Monday between midnight and 3:26 a.m. Police reported the unknown suspect or suspects gained entry though an unlocked rear basement sliding glass door.
A victim reportedly heard a loud noise in his home near the 6200 block of Welcome Home Drive around 11:38 p.m. on Monday and when he went downstairs to investigate he found the front door had been kicked in and laptop had been taken.
Indecent Exposure
A male was observed taking his clothes off at the bus stop at 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway, near the Mall in Columbia, at 4:05 p.m. on June 27. He was taken into custody by police.
Vehicle Theft
A 2007 Ford moving truck was reported stolen from Keller-Williams Realty at 6200 Old Dobbin Lane between Friday, June 29 and Monday, July 2.
