END OF UPDATE

Police investigators have arrested a woman they say abducted a 16-month-old baby from her Columbia home Wednesday night.

Tiara Monique-Williams, 23, was arrested at a home in Suitland around 2 p.m. Thursday, according to police.

The child, Kayden King-Gayman, was found unharmed at the same home earlier Thursday afternoon.

Police said a woman took the child while watching her alone at the mother's home in the 9400 block of Ridge View Drive in Columbia.

The incident was reported to police around midnight, according to the statement.

Police said the baby was found at the home of a relative of Monique-Williams. The relative will not face charges, police said.

Charges had not been filed as of late Thursday, according to Howard County police spokeswoman Sherry Llewellyn.
