Masked Men Stage Break-In, Steal Pot

A pair of masked men broke into a home on Ashwood Road and stole the resident's belongings, and marijuana, said police.

 

On Friday morning, two men wearing masks and gloves broke into a Jessup home, assaulted a resident and stole belongings, including marijuana, according to police.

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Friday, May 25, a pair of men kicked in the door to a home on the 8300 block of Ashwood Road, police said.

They implied that they had a gun and assaulted the person living there.

Police said there were no injuries but the suspects stole marijuana, a PlayStation, laptop, jewelry, tennis shoes and money.

No citations were issued, according to Sherry Llewellyn, spokeswoman for the Howard County Police Department.
