Indecent Exposure from Inside Vehicles: Howard County Crime Roundup

The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Columbia: Robbery

At 6 p.m. on March 25, two known juvenile males approached a juvenile victim on the 5700 block of Oakland Mills Road and one of the suspects stole a cell phone and music device. Police said they are investigating the incident.

North Laurel: Commercial Break-In

Between 12:01 a.m. and 6 a.m. on March 24, an unknown number of suspects entered a victim's motel room while he was sleeping at the Days Inn, on the 9800 block of Washington Boulevard, stealing a video game console and cell phone.

Clarksville: Commercial Break-In

Between 3:50 a.m. and 9 a.m. on March 25, an unknown number of suspects entered the rear door of Ruby Tuesday, on the 6000 block of Daybreak Circle, and stole three bottles of alcohol.

Columbia: Indecent Exposure

Shortly before 2 p.m. on March 27, a witnessed observed a suspect exposing himself from inside of a vehicle near the intersection of Blue February and Little Patuxent Parkway.

Ellicott City: Indecent Exposure

Shortly after 4:30 p.m. on March 22, three juvenile witnesses observed an unknown suspect naked inside of a vehicle near the intersection of Route 100 and Lang Gate Parkway. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Ellicott City: Break-In

Shortly after 10:30 a.m. on March 27, an unknown number of suspects shattered a rear sliding door and entered a residence on the 4300 block of Temora Manor Lane. Police said nothing was reported stolen.

Ellicott City: Break-In

Between 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on March 27, an unknown number of suspects forced open the rear basement door of a residence on the 3800 block of St. Johns Lane and stole jewelry boxes.

Columbia: Attempted Burglary

At 4:30 a.m. on March 27, a resident heard a noise inside of her residence on the 9500 block of Mellon Court. The resident found the front door open the next morning, but police said nothing appeared to have been stolen.

Columbia: Break-In Attempt

Between Jan. 27 and March 27, an unknown number of suspects attempted to pry open the rear basement sliding glass door of a residence on the 8700 block of Carriage Hills Drive, but failed to gain entry.

Jessup: Break-In

At 4 p.m. on March 27, an unknown number of suspects entered an abandoned house on the 10100 block of Guilford Road. Police said nothing appeared to have been stolen.

North Laurel: Break-In

Shortly after 9 p.m. on March 23, an unknown number of suspects entered the ground-level window of an apartment on the 9600 block of Barrel House Road and stole a video game console.

Columbia: Break-In

Between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on March 24, an unknown number of suspects pried open a rear window of a residence on the 6200 block of Deep Earth Lane and stole a jewelry box.

West Friendship: Break-In

Between 2 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. on March 23, an unknown number of suspects entered the rear basement door of a residence on the 10500 block of Abingdon Way, stealing sports equipment, DVDs and jewelry.

Elkridge: Break-In

At 7:30 p.m. on March 25, two suspects–one known–forcibly entered the front door of a residence on the 8000 block of Paul Martin Drive, stealing a large toolbox and a hunting bow. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Columbia: Break-In

Between March 10 and March 22, an unknown number of suspects broke a ground floor window of a residence on the 9200 block of Kilimanjaro Road. Police said it is unknown if anything was stolen.

Columbia: Vehicle Theft

Shortly after 7 a.m. on March 27, a white 2007 GMC Savana box truck with PA tags ZBR8692 was stolen from the 6600 block of Eli Whitney Drive.

Jessup: Vehicle Theft

Between 11:55 p.m. on March 24 and 1:30 a.m. on March 25, a 2006 Ford U-haul box truck with AZ tags AD15720 was stolen from the 10100 block of Washington Boulevard.

Elkridge: Vehicle Theft

Shortly before 7 a.m. on March 26, a trailer was stolen from the 7400 block of Coca Cola Drive.

Columbia: Vehicle Theft

Shortly after 3 p.m. on March 23, a red 2011 Honda CBR 600 was stolen from the 5000 block of Columbia Road.

Columbia: Vehicle Theft

Shortly before 6 p.m. on March 22, a red 2003 Ford Mustang was stolen from the 6200 block of Harvest Rise Court.
