Howard County Crime Roundup: Robbery, Break-Ins, Auto Theft in Columbia
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Columbia: Robbery
Shortly before 4 p.m. on Nov. 2, four unknown suspects approached a victim working outside near the 8700 block of Cloudleap Court, grabbed him and went through his pockets. The suspect fled on foot toward MD 175 with a cell phone and wallet. Police said the cell phone was recovered nearby.

Shortly before midnight on Nov. 2, an unknown suspect approached an employee at the 7/11 on the 6500 block of Washington Boulevard, displayed a gun and demanded money. The employee complied and the suspect fled.

Between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Nov. 2, an unknown number of suspects kicked in a rear door of a residence on the 8600 block of Golden Straw Lane. Police said items were disturbed, but nothing was reported stolen.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
Shortly after 7 a.m. on Nov. 2, a light green 2004 Subaru Legacy with MD tags MPK105 was stolen from a residence on the 5100 block of Endymion Lane.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
Shortly after 8 a.m. on Nov. 2, a vehicle was stolen from a residence on the 9300 block of Pirates Cove. Police said the vehicle was recovered in Baltimore City.
