Howard County Crime Roundup Includes a Columbia Break-In
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Columbia: Break-In
Between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 8, an unknown number of suspects pried open the front door of a residence on the 5600 block of Columbia Road and stole a television, computer, video game system and lock box.
Laurel: Robbery
Shortly before 4 p.m. on Nov. 8, two unknown male suspects approached a victim in a parking lot on the 9700 block of Clocktower Lane, displayed a gun and robbed the victim.
Jessup: Commercial Break-In
Between 2:45 a.m. and 3:07 a.m. on Nov. 6, an unknown number of suspects entered the window of the Cedar Motel, on the 8000 block of Washington Boulevard, and stole a cash register.
Jessup: Commercial Break-In
Between 5 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 7:30 a.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects drove a vehicle into the gate of Crazy Ray's, on the 8700 block of Washington Boulevard, and stole car parts.
Laurel: Break-In
Shortly before 8 p.m. on Nov. 8, an unknown number of suspects pried open the rear door of a residence on the 10600 block of Persimmon Court. Police said nothing was reported stolen.
Elkridge: Vehicle Theft
Shortly after 2 p.m. on Nov. 8, a trailer was stolen from a residence on the 6700 block of Dorsey Road.
