This was the second time in the past week that police had been called to the 4800 block of Teal Wing Court for such a crime. On Tuesday, Dec. 7, maintenance workers found a person asleep in a secure storage area there. The lock was pried open. The suspect fled the area.

That was also Lomax, according to police spokeswoman Elizabeth Schroen. The charges Lomax is facing stem from both Dec. 7 and Dec. 10, she said.
