Have You Seen This Columbia Man? Police Want to Know

There's a reward for information about the man, Howard County police said.

The Howard County Police Department is offering a reward of up to $500 for information leading to the arrest of a Columbia man, authorities announced Tuesday.

Colonel Preston Long III, 29, of the 12100 block of Little Patuxtent Parkway, is wanted on charges related to a domestic assault that occurred on July 14, according to police.

Police said Long left the scene of an incident in the 11000 block of Little Patuxent Parkway that resulted in charges against him, including first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault.

The Howard County Police Department has a warrant for Long's arrest but officials have not been able to find him, according to police.

Anyone who sees Long and knows his immediate location should call 911, police said. Those who know place he frequents may contact 410-313-2200.
