Delivery Driver Robbed in Columbia: Howard County Crime Roundup
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Columbia: Robbery
Shortly after 9 p.m. on March 17, two unknown suspects approached a pizza delivery driver on the 4800 block of Teal Wing, pointed a gun at the victim and demanded cash. The suspects fled with the victim's wallet and the delivery food.
Ellicott City: Break-In
Shortly before 1:30 p.m on March 16, a known suspect forced his way into a residence on the 12100 block of Mt. Albert Road and assaulted a victim inside. The suspect fled before officers arrived, and police said they are continuing to investigate the incident.
Columbia: Break-In
Shortly before 1 a.m. on March 18, a known suspect forced her way into a residence on the 9300 block of Afternoon Lane. Police said the suspect fled without stealing anything, but an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Jessup: Break-In
Between 4 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on March 18, an unknown number of suspects entered the rear window of a residence on the 8200 block of Glen Court, stealing video games and electronics.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
At 1 p.m. on March 16, a yellow 2007 Suzuki DRZ 400 with MD tags 3D8302 was reported stolen from the 10900 block of Little Patuxent Parkway.
Elkridge: Vehicle Theft
Shortly before 9 p.m. on March 15, a 2002 Ford Lightning truck with MD tags 11X1128 was reported stolen from the 6700 block of Old Waterloo Road.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
Shortly before 9 a.m. on March 15, a light blue 2011 Mazda 3 with MD tags 5AC5850 was reported stolen from the 10700 block of Faulkner Ridge Circle.
