Crime Roundup Includes Columbia Break-Ins, Car Theft
The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Elkridge: Commercial Break-In Attempt
Between 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 12 and 3:45 a.m. the following day, an unknown number of suspects attempted to enter Fusion Wireless, on the 7300 block of Washington Boulevard, but failed to gain entry.
Ellicott City: Break-In
Shortly before 10 a.m. on Oct. 13, unknown suspects entered a window of a residence on the 3000 block of Chestnut Hill Drive and stole televisions, a laptop, printer, cash and jewelry.
Columbia: Break-In
Shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 14, a known suspect entered a residence on the 10000 block of Wesleigh Drive through the garage door.
Elkridge: Break-In
Shortly before 7 p.m. on Oct. 13, a witness observed unknown suspects inside a mobile home on the 8000 block of Keeton Road. Arriving officers found the mobile home vacant and with a broken window.
Columbia: Break-In
Between 7:40 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Oct. 13, unknown suspects entered an open sliding glass door of a residence on the 5400 block of Columbia Road, stealing televisions, laptops and money.
Jessup: Vehicle Theft
Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13, a trailer with tools inside was stolen from a residence on the 10600 block of Iron Bridge Road.
Columbia: Vehicle Theft
On Oct. 13, a green 1998 Volvo S70 with MD tags 3AC5499 was stolen from a residence on the 11200 Avalanche Way.
