Columbia Teen Arrested for Indecent Exposure, Released to Mother: Police
The incident happened near a supermarket in Ellicott City.
A 17-year-old from Columbia was arrested Monday night as the result of an indecent exposure, according to the Howard County Police Department.
At 9:42 p.m. on Monday, a victim reported that a man was exposing himself in the 9200 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, police said.
The man was standing in the bed of a pickup truck exposing himself near the Giant in the Chatham Station shopping center, according to police.
Howard County police said the Columbia teen was identified as the suspect and arrested, then released to the custody of his mother.
