COMPILED FROM THE DAILY POLICE BULLETIN... COLUMBIA: BREAK-in attempt

A suspect or suspects attempted to break into the Lewis Veterinary Hospital on the 10600 block of Clarksville Pike by tampering with a door. No entry was gained. The attempted break-in was reported at 2:03 p.m. on Monday, March 14.

ELLICOTT CITY: BREAK-in ATTEMPT

A suspect or suspects attempted to break into a residence on the 3100 block of West Springs Drive by trying to force open a front door. The attempted break-in was reported at 6:09 p.m. on Monday, March 14. No further information was available.

LAUREL: BURGLARY

A laptop was stolen from a residence on the 9400 block of All Saints Road. The suspect or suspects entered after kicking in a basement door. The burglary was reported at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15.

LAUREL: BURGLARY

"Property" was stolen from a storage unit on the 9500 block of Lynn Buff Court. The suspect or suspects entered after breaking a lock. The burglary was reported at 10:41 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15.

FULTON: BREAK-IN

A vacant house was broken into on the 8500 block of Reservoir Road. The suspect or suspects entered by breaking a sliding rear glass door. The break-in was reported at 1:26 p.m. on Monday, March 14, though police said it was uncertain when the break-in actually occurred.

COLUMBIA, LAUREL: VEHICLE THEFTs

- Columbia: A Kawasaki was stolen from the 7100 block of Winter Rose Path. It was reported stolen at 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15.

- Laurel: A black 2000 Honda Civic with Maryland license plate GPG964 was stolen from the 11100 block of Johns Hopkins Road. It was reported stolen at 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15.
