Baltimore Ravens' Sergio Kindle Arrested in Savage, Charged With Drunken Driving

Kindle, a rookie linebacker was arrested early Sunday.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Sergio Kindle was arrested early Sunday in Savage and charged with drunken driving, according to court records.

Kindle's arrest was first reported by The Baltimore Sun.

The 23-year-old rookie, who lives in Owings Mills, has yet to play for the team this season due to injury. He was driving northbound on Route 1 at about 4:09 a.m and was at the intersection with Route 32 when he was pulled over, according to court records.

A Howard County police spokeswoman told The Baltimore Sun that Kindle's vehicle—a 2004 Cadillac with Texas license plates—was seen weaving on the road.

Kindle was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failing to obey a traffic control device and speeding. He was accused of going 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.

He's since been freed on $10,000 bond, according to The Sun.
