The Second Chance has a chance if its patrons will stay focused and promote what is good about the tavern and our village center. Please contact Cedar Realty Trust and encourage them to preserve our neighborhood icon. No generic chain will survive in Oakland Mills Village Center; we all know that. But there is a place for the neighborhood gathering place. A meeting between the Oakland Mills Village Board and Cedar Realty Trust is scheduled in early January.
