Volunteer Maryland

Join Volunteer Maryland, an AmeriCorps program of the Governor's office, to learn about other organizations and how Volunteer Maryland can be a resource in moving your volunteer program forward!

Volunteer Maryland is hosting a series of networking and information sessions.  During these 90-minute sessions, your organization will have the opportunity to meet and discuss community concerns, make new contacts and see how the Volunteer Maryland Coordinator program creates structure, generates volunteers and continues to meet the needs of your organization's volunteer program into the future.  A great way to bring in the new year!

We will bring the coffee.  You bring your cause.

Founded in 1992, Volunteer Maryland works with nonprofit agencies to provide human and environmental services across the state. Since its inception, Volunteer Maryland has worked with over 500 nonprofits and served more than one million Maryland citizens. The program oversees two types of AmeriCorps placements: AmeriCorps State and AmeriCorps VISTA.
