Columbia (MD) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated in Conjunction with Best Buy Arundel Mills to Sponsor E-Cycle and Paper Shred to Help the Environment

 

Hanover, MD – The Columbia (MD) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., in conjunction with Best Buy Arundel Mills will help the environment by sponsoring an E-Cycle and Paper Shred on April 21  from 10 a.m. to 1pm.

 

Community members are invited to bring their recyclable items to Best Buy Arundel Mills Car installation bay, located at 7000 Arundel Mills Circle  Hanover, MD 21076.

 

Residents will be able to securely shred sensitive paper documents at the site. The limit for documents is three banker boxes per person. Accepted electronic items are: tube TVs and monitors up to 32 inches, flat panel and monitors up to 32 inches, peripherals, CD/DVD/VCR players, radios, printers, keyboards, home and car audio players, MP3 players, cables, desktop or laptop computers, small electrics, fans and vacuums. 

 

Community members should remove all personal information from the electronic items. Unaccepted electronic items are: console TVs of any size, tube TVs and monitors larger than 32 inches, electronics containing refrigerants, such as mini refrigerators or air conditioners, appliances, disassembled TVs and monitors. 

 

No exceptions will be made on the excluded items.

 

Cell phones will be collected and donated to the local Domestic Violence Center.
