Battle for Frances' Baton

Six distinguished Howard Countians-- Rachelina Bonacci, Pam Klahr, Julia Mattis, Becky Mangus, Mary McGraw, and Dave Bittner--are competing in the Battle for Frances' Baton, a fundraiser for Columbia Pro Cantare. The winner of the contest will be revealed at the chorus' May 7 concert and will lead the chorus in a stirring rendition of When the Saints Go Marching In, accompanied by the Lexington Brass Quintet.
